The spirit of Poddz
Poddz is a private, kind space to share photos with the people close to you. Each group is private: only its members see what is shared there. This charter applies to everyone.
Prohibited content
• Illegal content (threats, incitement to hatred or violence, glorification of terrorism…) • Any sexual content involving minors → immediate removal + report to the authorities • Harassment, intimidation, humiliation • Content infringing privacy (photos published without the consent of the people shown, personal information of others) • Non-consensual nudity, gratuitous violence, spam
How to report
• A photo: ⋯ menu of the post → Report (reasons offered) • A person: ⋯ menu → Block (you will no longer see their content) • A comment or any other content: by email at contact@poddz.app — group admins and moderators can also delete any comment in their group.
What happens next
Every report is reviewed by the moderation team. Depending on severity: content removal, warning, group exclusion, account deletion, and a report to the authorities where the law requires it. Each group's admins and moderators can also remove content from their group. In accordance with the European Digital Services Act (DSA), you can contest a moderation decision by writing to contact@poddz.app.
