Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the Poddz mobile application, published by Robin Socié (contact: contact@poddz.app). By creating an account, you accept them. The French version of these Terms is the legally binding one.

2. The service

Poddz lets you share photos within private groups (family, friends): publishing photos, captions, comments, likes, bookmarks, tagging members, and notifications. The service is currently free.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. • You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account); deletion is permanent.

4. Your content

• You remain the owner of the photos and text you publish. You grant Poddz a limited licence (hosting, display to the members of your groups) strictly necessary to operate the service. • You warrant that you have the right to publish the content you share (in particular photos featuring other people — ask for their consent). • Content is only visible to members of the groups you share it in.

5. Prohibited content and behaviour

Prohibited in particular: illegal, hateful or harassing content, sexual content involving minors, violent content, content infringing the privacy or rights of others, spam. See the Moderation Charter for details.

6. Moderation and reporting

• Any photo can be reported from the app; you can also block a user. • Reports are reviewed and may lead to: content removal, warning, group ban, or account deletion. • In accordance with the European Digital Services Act (DSA), you can contact us at contact@poddz.app for any moderation matter.

7. Liability

• Poddz is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. • Each user is responsible for the content they publish. The publisher does not pre-moderate content (hosting provider within the meaning of the law) but promptly removes any notified unlawful content. • Keep a copy of your photos: Poddz is not a backup service.

8. Intellectual property

The application, its design and its brand belong to the publisher. Published content belongs to its authors.

9. Changes to the service and the Terms

The service and the Terms may evolve (new features, a possible future premium offering). In the event of a significant change, you will be informed in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction. Contact: contact@poddz.app.
